I’m Yestro Luciano — an Emmy Award–winning UX and Product Design Leader with over two decades of experience turning complex problems into intuitive digital experiences.
For the past 12 years at NBC Sports & NBC Olympics, I led design strategy for some of the world’s biggest sporting moments, including the Paris 2024, Tokyo 2020, Rio 2016, and Sochi 2014 Olympic Games. Along the way, I helped create Emmy-recognized products that reached millions of fans across web, mobile, and connected devices.
What drives me isn’t just the design work itself — it’s the teamwork, mentoring, and process building that make great design possible. I love building design systems that scale, prototyping ideas that spark new directions, and helping designers grow into the next stage of their careers.
At my core, I’m a problem-solver and collaborator. I believe great design happens when strategy, creativity, and empathy for users come together — and when the process behind the work empowers people to do their best.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring new tools and technologies, sharing inspiration with my teams, or studying the way design and human behavior intersect.
If you’re looking for someone who can bring both vision and execution to your digital products — while keeping the team inspired and the users at the center — let’s connect.
